What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on the Seller and the product ordered.
Sellers may incur higher shipping costs on low-value items. In such cases, a nominal delivery fee may be charged to help offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary for individual product delivery charges.
For products listed as F-Assured, a delivery charge of Rs. 40 per item is applicable for orders below Rs. 500. Orders of Rs. 500 and above qualify for free delivery.
Why does the delivery date not match the delivery timeline?
The Seller or courier partner may have holidays between the order date and estimated delivery date. Sundays and public holidays are also considered while calculating delivery timelines.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Sellers generally procure and ship items within the timeframe mentioned on the product page. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges when you purchase from Gray Blac. All listed prices are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.

How do I arrange a return pick-up?
Returns are simple. Please contact us to initiate a return request. Our team will guide you through the process.
Wherever possible, Ekart Logistics will arrange a pickup. If pickup is unavailable, you may return the item using a third-party courier service. Return shipping costs will be borne by the Seller.
What do the product availability tags mean?
In Stock
Items marked as “In Stock” are readily available for shipping. Delivery timelines are usually:
- 2–3 business days
- 4–5 business days
- 4–6 business days depending on service availability
Remote locations may receive orders through India Post, which could take 1–2 weeks.
Available
The Seller may not currently have the item in stock but can procure it once an order is placed.
Preorder / Forthcoming
These items are expected to launch soon and can be pre-booked. They are shipped on the official release date and typically delivered within 2–6 business days.
Out of Stock
The item is currently unavailable for sale. Use the “Notify Me” option to receive updates when it becomes available.
Imported
Imported products are sourced from outside India and may take 10 days or more for delivery.
